• You retain ownership of materials you provide to us (logos, text, images, plans)
• You grant us a licence to use your materials solely to deliver the agreed services

7. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials needed for us to perform the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

8. Counselling services

Personal counselling is offered as supportive guidance and is not a substitute for emergency care, medical treatment, or specialised clinical services where those are required. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services.

9. Vaastu, design, and travel

Vaastu consultation, interior/architectural recommendations, and travel arrangements are based on information available at the time and professional judgement. Outcomes can vary due to site conditions, third-party vendors, travel disruptions, regulatory requirements, and other factors outside our control.

10. Third-party services

Some projects may involve third-party tools, hosts, vendors, contractors, or platforms. Those parties have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.
